1. Dalton Rushing C/1B | Great Lakes Loons (A+)
22-Years-Old | Bats: L | Throws: R | 6’1″ | 220 lbs. | ETA: 2025
| Hit | PWR | FLD | SPD | ARM | Role |
| 45 | 60 | 50 | 40 | 55 | 6 |
Scouting Report:
While Rushing is a power only bat, he shows incredible exit velos that have been well north of 100+ mph. He’s predominantly pull-side with his home run power, but the swing is natural and he’s able to hit towering homers without selling out. He is more focused on homers though, and it’s the tool that will carry him. Defensively, he’s capable of staying behind the plate but he can also play first if needed.
2. Diego Cartaya C | Tulsa Drillers (AA)
22-Years-Old | Bats: R | Throws: R | 6’3″ | 220 lbs. | ETA: 2026
| Hit | PWR | FLD | SPD | ARM | Role |
| 40 | 55 | 50 | 30 | 60 | 5 |
Scouting Report:
Cartaya is a power only bat who projects for 25 home run power. He’s a solid backstop with an above-average arm and looks like he should stick there long term. Cartaya struggled mightily in Double-A, so he should repeat there in 2024 as a 22-year-old.
3. Gavin Stone RHP| Oklahoma City Dodgers (AAA)
25-Years-Old | Bats: R | Throws: R | 6’1″ | 175 lbs. | ETA: 2024
| FB | SL | CH | Control | Role |
| 55 | 50 | 60 | 55 | 5 |
Scouting Report:
Stone debuted last year and showed some potential for 2025 and beyond. With the Dodgers adding two pitchers in Tyler Glasnow and Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Stone can be a compliment to those two going forward. He showed a solid chase rate and whiff percentage, while limiting barrels during his time in 2023. Stone should take a massive step forward in 2024, as he should not only start holding his own but he should be developing into a seriously good arm for the Dodgers.
4. Nick Frasso RHP | Oklahoma City Dodgers (AAA)
25-Years-Old | Bats: R | Throws: R | 6’5″ | 200 lbs. | ETA: 2024
| FB | SL | CH | Control | Role |
| 60 | 45 | 60 | 50 | 5 |
Scouting Report:
Frasso is one of the more deceptive pitchers in the Dodgers sytem, he hides the ball well due to him throwing across his body and being a strike thrower. The 25-year-old should debut at some point in 2025 and while he does look like a good rotation arm, his deception and stuff could play well out of the bullpen and play up in short bursts.
5. Josue De Paula OF | Rancho Cucamonga Quaks (A)
18-Years-Old | Bats: L | Throws: L | 6’3″ | 185 lbs. | ETA: 2026
| Hit | PWR | FLD | SPD | ARM | Role |
| 60 | 55 | 40 | 20 | 50 | 5 |
Scouting Report:
The Dodgers signed Josue De Paula for $397,500 in 2022. He spent the entire 2023 season in Low-A where he showed solid projection at the plate but seemed to lack some home run power. He only hit two bombs as an 18-year-old, but showed good line drive capabilities and found the gaps. As he continues to add strength to his frame, the power should start showing up. Defensively, De Paula spent some time in center in 2023, but has no projection there. He looks like a corner OF with a below-average glove, so it will be his bat that carries him.
6. Andy Pages OF | Oklahoma City Dodgers (AAA)
22-Years-Old | Bats: R | Throws: R | 6’1″ | 210 lbs. | ETA: 2024
| Hit | PWR | FLD | SPD | ARM | Role |
| 50 | 60 | 50 | 40 | 80 | 5 |
Scouting Report:
Pages missed the majority of the 2023 season after making his Triple-A debut but still looked like the power hitting prospect who battles in his at bats before he got hurt. Pages is a predominantly pull hitter and will come with swing-and-miss, but his ability to crush the ball and make the pitcher work doesn’t make him an easy out. If Pages can have a healthy 2024, we could see him make his debut in the Dodgers lineup sometime in September.
7. Jackson Ferris LHP | Great Lakes Loons (A+)
20-Years-Old | Bats: L | Throws: L | 6’4″ | 195 lbs. | ETA: 2026
| FB | CB | CH | Control | Role |
| 55 | 55 | 55 | 50 | 5 |
Scouting Report:
Ferris was a surprise acquisition after the Dodgers shipped top prospect Michael Busch to the Cubs and Ferris couldn’t have been traded to a better spot as the Dodgers have been amazing at developing pitching. He has the stuff as a middle of the rotation arm, and he uses that aforementioned stuff and deception to have continues high strikeout rates. It’ll be interesting to watch Ferris in 2024 and see how he adjusts to the Dodgers system.
8. Trey Sweeney SS | Tulsa Drillers (AA)
23-Years-Old | Bats: L | Throws: R | 6’2″ | 212 lbs. | ETA: 2026
| Hit | PWR | FLD | SPD | ARM | Role |
| 55 | 50 | 55 | 50 | 55 | 5 |
Scouting Report:
Sweeney was one of the recent trade acquisitions of the Dodgers and the Dodgers aimed for a high upside bat with some power and they got that with Sweeney. He’s got solid bat speed and a lofty swing that’ll help that aforementioned power. Love what I’ve seen from Sweeney so far and 2024 could be a breakout season for the shortstop prospect.
9. Landon Knack RHP | Oklahoma City Dodgers (AAA)
26-Years-Old | Bats: L | Throws: R | 6’2″ | 220 lbs. | ETA: 2024
| FB | CB | SL | CH | Control | Role |
| 55 | 50 | 55 | 50 | 55 | 5 |
Scouting Report:
The Dodgers took Landon Knack with their second round pick in the 2020 MLB Draft and while he is older for a prospect, he has progressed nicely and reached Triple-A in 2023. While he doesn’t have the most overpowering stuff, he hides the ball incredibly well. While he is a strike thrower, he will need to work lower in the zone more to be more successful.
10. Kendall George OF | Rancho Cucamonga Quakes (A)
19-Years-Old | Bats: L | Throws: L | 5’10” | 170 lbs. | ETA: 2027
| Hit | PWR | FLD | Arm | SPD | Role |
| 60 | 40 | 55 | 45 | 80 | 5 |
Scouting Report:
Kendall George showed immense talent during his time in the Arizona Complex League. He has a smooth left-handed swing and showed a plus hit tool. George consistently finds the barrel and displays line-drive contact to all fields. One tool that is rather noteworthy is his elite speed, he’s been clocked at 3.88-3.91 from home to first. 2024 could be a big year for the 2023 draftee, he could be a massive riser in this system.
