Andrew Painter is the #1 Prep Pitcher in the 2021 Class. There are only a few names that could challenge Painter atop the Pitcher ranks, but I still firmly believe come draft day, Painter will stand above the rest.
But we all know anything is possible, especially in a time like we are in with a ton of uncertainty with some draft prospects. You can read here where he ranks among the 2021 High School Class HERE.

Pitch breakdowns below of the above video
Fastball: Pitch 1, 3, 5
Painter shows off that ride up in the zone, and ability to command the Fastball to wherever the catcher sets his glove up. Showing glove side and arm side command with an ability to work north/south.
Changeup : Pitch 2, 6
The Changeup is just a thing of beauty. Showing fade and vertical movement against LHH maintaining his arm speed well throughout. Ultimately, should turn into a consistent out pitch for Painter at the next level and one that has potential to miss some bats, as shown above.
Curveball: Pitch 4
Shows that heavy downer action with 11/5 shape that drops off the top of the zone. A bit loopy needs some tightening up if he wants to see the pitch move into 55 or better territory, but has a knack for finding the strike-zone with consistency. Even if it settles as a true 50 grade offering, that is more than fine to round out a deep arsenal, with 3 others capable of becoming legitimate 55-60 grades with bat missing potential
