<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The video below is of Josh Hartle&#8217;s performance from the PG National showing off his stuff with a strong outing. You can see below in both videos the tough arm angle Hartle generates and how deceptive he can be with it. Not to mention the stuff he has. The Fastball, Curveball shown here was to 2 separate hitters, Maxwell Muncy and Cody Schrier, 2 Southern California SS Prospects who happen to be some of the best in their class at their position.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">FINAL THOUGHTS</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Josh Hartle is far from a finished product as mentioned above. Once fully developed, Hartle has a chance at molding into a fantastic top of the rotation arm if that velo bump is as effective as I and many seem to think it will. Mix that new heater with his plus control and strong secondaries that will only improve with playing off that improved Fastball. I fully expect Hartle to be pumping 94-95+ at his peak and start generating a good amount of swing and misses in the process. Keeping the ball on the ground well generating high amounts of groundballs already will suit him well moving forward to limiting damage with runners on base. </p>
